All sales are final.
Because payment processing companies charge fees on every transaction, I do not issue refunds. In the event of a cancellation (see below), you will receive a credit that you can use to schedule a new class of the same type. Subscription-based services will renew automatically unless canceled. Lesson packages are not subscription based and do not renew automatically.
Changes or cancellations of live training appointments must be made at least 6 hours in advance.
To reschedule or cancel a one-on-one session, just click on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in your confirmation or reminder email. This must be done at least 12 hours before the session start time. Group sessions cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
Live training sessions will begin on time and end on time.
If something delays you, I will not be able to extend the session to make up for the missed minutes; your session will end 55 minutes or 25 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the lesson will be treated as a no-show.
I recommend that you use a laptop or desktop computer.
Collaboration tools are more effective on a laptop or desktop computer than on a mobile device.
I recommend that you use headphones or earbuds.
It’s crucial that you can hear me well and that I can hear you well. Without headphones or earbuds, our communication will suffer.
I recommend Zoom instead of Skype.
Zoom is completely free to download and use.
I recommend WhatsApp.
I like to use WhatsApp to send session notes, practice opportunities and general communication. WhatsApp offers desktop and mobile versions which are free to download and use.
I also use Google Docs.
You and I might use Google Docs to share documents. It’s free.
Your privacy is important to me.
I might show screenshots, recorded video and/or audio clips of training sessions, screenshots and/or similar items to prospective students. If you tell me something is confidential, I will never share it. Read my privacy policy.
These terms and conditions apply to all of the services that I provide, and they’re subject to change.
